Guild meeting 4th Jan

At the meeting were Chabat, Stargazer, Gen'jin, 'Ros and Hadunka. We were also join by our new recruits, Tamb'jika and Isuun.

As there were no specific points that anybody wished to discuss, most of the meeting was given over to our newcomers to introduce themselves, and in turn, explain to them who we are and what the Heritage stands for.

After all the introductions were complete, Gen'jin merged the spirits of the new outsiders with ours to connect them to the spirit link.

Note: Once the meeting was closed, Gen'jin completed his 'Task' and will most likely report the result to Ryleen as soon as possible.

Thanks to the new applicants, the number of Outsiders is quite many in the guild now - but the number of Kindreds is still few (say I, looking at the statistics at the Armory).
Maybe the Outsiders should get some task soon to prove that they are worthy of being accepted as our full-right member.

well, we have a couple of outsiders that are ready to become kindred but we just haven't had the opportunity to promote them yet...

in other words, ppl have been offline for xmas and we haven't got round to it

And some for much longer than christmas.. But we do plan to do some promotions soon. Our system of promoting people is really arbitrary, most of the time handing out a promotion if someone happens to do something good or we just feel that they might have been outsider long enough, so it's easy to forget. But on the other hand, I don't really think the Heritage needs a stricted ruleset for promotions, our ranks are so few and not really important.
