Character history:

Zakhan is a Zandalari Troll. As long Zandalari Trolls are bigger than the normal trolls, Zakhan is consider as short for his tribe, but he is still bigger from the other trolls.

Zakhan, born in Yojamba Isle, living quite normal... Or well... As normal as a Troll can be, there. Until the age of 18(Human age), Zakhan was working as a helper in the Illusionists tower, where he was helping with the mojos. He’s father was there to. Zakhan’s father was (and still is) an illusionist of the Zandalari Tribe and a member of the high council of Zandalari’s... He’s name was Elmag. Zakhan started to dislike the love of Zandalaries of showing their status and power with their clothes and dresses, and mostly he disliked his father’s plans to make him an Illusionist. So one night, he left the island.

Zakhan, free at last of his “prison” moved south to the port of Booty Bay, and then take a ship for Kalimdor. As a Zandalari, Zakhan knew well the story of his race, and he knew that in those lands there exists Trolls. So he could have a great chance to met them, and live with them a totally new life…

-2 days later -

Zakhan arrives at Ratchet. After a few days there, where he was trying to find some directions, he decided to move south. When he entered Thousand Needles a group of alliance found him and goes after him. He ended at the forest of Feralas, where he found a hiding place in the trees. There he started to learn the ways of hunt, because of his need to feed. He became a strong hunter after the days, but never contacted with anyone, except of some Taurens at the Camp Mojahe. Difficult to communicate with them at the beginning, but in time he learned to speak the basics of Tauraje language.

- 2 years later -

Zakhan was now a helper of the Camp Mojahe. He always gave a hand when they needed him, and always they gave him good rewards for that (mostly food and clothes). One day, a troll visited Zakhan. A female troll. She was Zitsu, a forest troll. She got bad news for Zakhan, cause his father was in Kalimdor to find him. She had heard that a Zandalari troll was in Feralas, so she come here to find him and warn him. Zakhan thought that a good idea was to travel back in Easter Kingdoms to confuse his father. Zitsu offered to go with him. When they aboard to the ship for Booty Bay from Ratchet, Zitsu saw a Zandalari Troll to come aboard, almost when the ship was ready to go. Instantly Zitsu and Zakhan hide in the cellar of the ship...

- 3 days later -
Zakhan and Zitsu arrived in booty bay, where they quickly jumped off the boat before they could reach it, being unsure about the area, yet they had no big choice but to swim their way all the way to booty bay (around 30 meters).

- 2 years later (1 year left to WoW time) -

Zitsu, had left Zakhan after a month in booty bay, Zakhan however had remained with the goblins, since they seem't safe to him. With their aid, he learn't Orcish. However, having hate for the creatures that resembles to humans and dwarves, he never cared about learning their languages.

Zakhan had learned about merchandising in his two years in Booty bay, aswell as some knowledge of engineering.

These years and his escaping from Zandalari tribe, had made him a more reliable and calm person, the goblins which took him and Zitsu, had from the first day removed their weapons because they didn't want a tall, strong and above all armed troll to live with them, and strictly held Zakhan under watch. As he learned the Orcish language, he also learned by the Goblins that violence was for the dumb and berserking people.

However, this was the year where he was sent off by the goblins, they told him that they couldn't teach him more, and that he would be better off finding himself a good troll female that could eat his brain (in a sarcastic matter).

Zakhan took the ship back to Ratchet, which he from there, as instructed by the goblins, walked to the Darkspear tribe's hold.
Being seen as a threat at first, the trolls armed themselves as he got closer, however Zakhan had the luck that Zitsu was already a member of the Darkspears. Zitsu had Vol'jin meet Zakhan. Zakhan which open mindedly told Vol'jin everything of his story, and how he ended up where he was. Vol'jin accepted Zakhan to leave with his tribe, however under one request, entering the Valley of Trials, and from there on go on a new journey, where from fate would guide him.

I am sure you did not ment Zul'Jin - the Warlord of the Amani Tribe and enemy of the Horde, rather Vol'jin the leader of the Darkspear Tribe, right? ))
