Zul'Gurub Awaits!
We are going to try having regular guild raids to Zul'Gurub. The details are:
When? ..... First Monday of every month at 21:30 (straight after the 20:30 guild meeting)
Where? .... Zul'Gurub
Who? ...... Anyone level 60 or above (or level 50-something if you're brave!).
Why? ...... Fun, loot, Zandalar reputation, fun, raid practice, quest rewards and fun.
We'll see how it goes and make changes to the arrangements if necessary. The planned raids in March, April and May have been added to the in-game calendar.
Contact Skeen or any guild officer for further details.

Re: Zul'Gurub Awaits!
As we are planning to do these runs after the guild meeting may i suggest, again, that we use a standard agenda for the meetings.
Example:
1. invite new ppl to join guild/ get outsiders to take oaths/ promotions
2. reports on what has ahppened since last week
3. new business
4. anything else
If people can contact one of the officers before we start if there is something you -really- feel you need to say at the meeting so we can make sure you are given enough time for it.
As for activity: several people (myself included) are only part of this guild on our alts. I think if we are struggling to put more time into the Heritage we have to accept that we will not be promoted.
Personally, i will try my best to put in a bit more time on Chabat but tuesdays and thursdays are out for me as i won't (and i'd like to think ppl wouldn't want this) give up the Keel nights and Vypra -is - my main character after all.
And that brings me to my next point. We need to have somekind of guidelines for what people should get promoted for.
I think we can ask for certain level of activity to retain the rank of kindred. With people that are inactive for a certain period (even -with- a reason) being demoted. Once they return they can easily be promoted again so nobody should feel put out.
Then for Vetran, maybe we should set a certain task to get the promotion. Imo, it doesn't even have to be ingame. Contributing to this forum like djinja does is great. Building our knowledge of troll lore and sharing stories is great and should be rewarded.
Any higher ranks should (again imo) be reserved for those whose main characters are in the guild and therefore can make more of an impact on how the guild is represented to the rest of the community.
Sorry if this sin't the right place for this post, but i had a lot to get of my chest here and i have a habit of going off on a tanget

One other thought about ZG runs is that if we make it the THIRD Monday in the month it will sit in the middle of the calendar and be more noticeable and so hopefully increase participation.

Re: Zul'Gurub Awaits!
I support the idea of these instance runs.
First of all, while we call ourselves the Heritage of Zandalar, our in-game reputation with the Zandalari is quite low (Snicka was still Neutral with them when I last logged in). This should change.
Also, if we represent Zandalar, we should do what they do: fight the Blood God and all his forces to save our people from that cursed deity.
Not to mention the fact that many of the ZG drops and rewards look very trollish, so despite the low stats (for a lvl 80), they can be used pretty well as RP gear.
So good luck to you all with this!
About the promotion system... the Gryphonheart stuff still isn't working, is it? Because if it did work, it could be a good method to gain reputation with us.

No, it isn't. There was a bug that made the project leader become just a regular faction leader, which meant new factions couldn't be created or moderated. We thought the fault was Shadow's computer and I became leader of the new project we made, but now the same thing happened to me.
Re: Zul'Gurub Awaits!
A little off topic but I try bring light into the GHR project. It does work seems was just some random bug which occurred according to pilus addon forums its working etc etc and no problems are detected, besides I tested it on Alliance side of SSL like two weeks ago. In fact I should continue push that addon and recommend for everyone to get it.
P.S: Yup Snicka ZG gear is awesome and I weekly grind that for the sake of the Hakkari Blades! Although kinda hard to get but still very trollish, equipped quite a lot folks with RP gear this way. Go go HoZ!
