Regular guild meetings

I'd like to make guild meetings regular. I used to support 19:00 every Thursday, but we can change it. (It is possible that from the middle of November, Thursdays won't be good for me either.)
What day and time would be good for you?

Any day is OK for me, although real life commitments will sometimes stop me from attending the meeting. 19:00 server time is OK too, but I cannot get to a meeting if it starts earlier than that.

The next guild meeting will be this Thursday (11th of October), at 19:30. Meeting in Sen'jin Village, though the actual location will be somewhere else. I know the time is not good for Gen'jin, but I hope everyone else can come.

If I'm correct, Gen'jin has mentioned that he's busy every Thursday between 19:00 and 21:00, which was the proposed time for the guild meetings. It is possible that I'll be busy on Thursday, too, as I've mentioned above.
I suggest that we should have the meetings on Monday (it's not weekend, so you'll most possibly be at home; plus it's "mon-day" ), at 19:30 (it's not too early for Zanick, but not too late for Kemsha). The location should be Sen'jin village, basically, but we can change it if necessary.

19:30 is a bit early for me too..but around 21:00 would be just fine

if i'm going to get into HOZ ... i will like to come the weekly meeting ... but i work every day just not sunday till 20.30

I'll announce the next guild meeting: 29th of October, Monday, at 20:30. The location is the usual: Sen'jin Village, on the top of Gardin's hut. I hope all of you can attend. We'll discuss the new ranking system I want to introduce, our future cooperation with the Blood Pact, and any issues you want to talk about.

I hope we can fix the day and the time as Monday, 20:30, from this week.

I ll try to be there even if its a bit early for me..How about makin the meetings weekends like Saturday?More people will be online i believe

The latest guild meeting was almost useless; despite the late time, hardly anyone showed up, and Kemsha had to leave after less than half an hour. We're going to have a guild meeting on next Thursday, at 20:00; I hope more of you can show up, if the time is too early for you, then come later.
The thing I could announce on the meeting was the following: the Dark Horde and the Black Dragonflight have allied with each other, and now they're threatening the Horde. I'm going to talk to the Theatre of Cruelty about their plans to raid Blackrock Spire and Onyxia's lair.

Let me modify the date to Saturday, 3th of November. Apologies. The time is still 20:00, the location is Sen'jin Village.

In April and May 2008 regular Guild Meetings will be held on :

Mondays at 20:00 (server time) in Sen'jin village

This seems to be the most popular day and time for guild meetings at the moment. Apologies to those for whom this isn't convenient.

I also think that the meeting should not be allowed to drag on too long. Normally one hour should be the maximum time, and less if there is not so much to discuss. If certain members want to RP exchanges or story-lines at more length, this can be done after the main meeting.

If you cannot get to Sen'jin for 20:00, please come along whenever you can. We would prefer to see you a bit late than not at all.

And if there are any issues that you want to discuss then please speak up at the meeting, or tell me before the meeting and I will raise the issue.
