Your avatar kinda looks like he has a beard.. (funny observations: While troll males often have huge sideburn thingies, not one has a beard or moustache)

At least none of the WoW models allow them to have a beard. But if you look at concept art (like the one below, about a troll shadowhunter), you can see some of them do have beard.
Still, the main sign of masculinity among trolls is the big tusk. Facial hair is secondary, most likely uninteresting for females, and probably grows only at an old age.
