Guild bank

As most of you have already noticed, we have a guild bank now. I'm glad you have already deposited so many things in it.
Everything in the bank is public domain, so feel free to withdraw anything you find necessary. The whelps can withdraw one item/stack per day, the trolls with higher ranks can withdraw more.

The guild bank is in a dreadful situation at the moment. Our tab is full, but among the useful items, there's a lot of trash, including low level food. There are people (I won't say names) who never deposit anything, just withdraw things that they don't even need, just to sell them.
I think the problem would be solved the best if we introduce the rank of the Guild Banker. His (her) job would be to take a look at the bank every day, check who has withdrawn or deposited what, throw out the items he finds unnecessary (sell them and deposit their price instead), and warn the officers if he realises someone is "stealing" from the bank.

Now we have two guild bank tabs. Tab 1 is public, everyone can withdraw items from there, including whelps. The items that should be put here are should be low level items and reagents for professions, such as herbs, oily blackmouth, copper ore, coal, linen and wool cloth, light and medium leather, recipes up to skill level 200, as well as green items up to level 30. Tab 2 is available only for those members who at least have the "Headhunter"/"Hexer"/"Emissary" rank level. High level items, blue items, socketable gems, motes and primals, enchanting reagens etc. (so items that are worth a lot of gold) should be put here.
